Answers from your own data
Replies are grounded in your price list, menu, room types, fee structure and FAQs. When a question falls outside that material, the assistant says so and offers a person instead of inventing an answer.
WhatsApp AI chatbot · India
An assistant that answers like your best staff
Kredosys, a digital agency in Udaipur, builds WhatsApp AI chatbots on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, using your own number. The assistant answers from your real prices, menu and FAQs, takes bookings and orders into your CRM or Google Sheet, sends payment links, and hands the chat to a person with full context when it should.
A WhatsApp AI chatbot replies to customers on your business number at any hour, using only information you have approved: room rates, menus, fees, timings, policies. It captures the details you need, such as dates, guests, order number or budget, saves them to your CRM or a Google Sheet, and passes the conversation to a staff member when a human decision is needed.
Most Indian customers message a business on WhatsApp before they fill in a form. The problem is rarely demand; it is slow, inconsistent replies at night, on weekends and at rush hour. A good assistant answers the repetitive questions instantly and leaves your team the conversations that need judgement.
Kredosys runs WhatsApp Business messaging for its own sales on Kredosys Leads, an in-house WhatsApp and email CRM built on MSG91. We build the same kind of setup for clients, connected to the tools they already use.
What we build
Each assistant is configured around your business, your data and your team. Nothing is answered from guesswork.
Replies are grounded in your price list, menu, room types, fee structure and FAQs. When a question falls outside that material, the assistant says so and offers a person instead of inventing an answer.
Collects dates, guest count, items, addresses or course interest in a natural conversation, confirms the details back to the customer, and records a clean, structured entry for your team to act on.
Every lead and booking lands where you work: your existing CRM, a shared Google Sheet or a simple dashboard. Your staff see the full chat history alongside the captured details.
Sends a payment link from your payment gateway for advances, deposits or orders, so a customer can confirm a booking without leaving WhatsApp. Payment status can be written back to the record.
Complaints, negotiations, special requests or a customer simply asking for a person go straight to a named team member, with the conversation and captured details attached, so nobody asks twice.
The assistant follows the customer's language, including mixed Hinglish typed in Roman script, which is how many Indian customers actually write on WhatsApp. Tone is set to match your brand.

How it works
We study your real customer chats, list the questions that repeat, decide what the assistant should handle and where a person must step in. Discovery usually begins within two weeks of signing.
We set up the WhatsApp Business Platform through a Meta Business Solution Provider on your own number and business account, and submit the message templates you need for Meta's approval.
We load your prices, menus and policies, build the booking or lead flows, and connect your CRM, Google Sheet and payment gateway. Your team tests real scenarios before launch.
After go-live we read transcripts, fix weak answers, update information as prices change and adjust handover rules, so the assistant improves with real conversations rather than staying frozen.
Cost
There are two separate costs: building the assistant, and running it. Kredosys quotes the build as a fixed price per phase, or a monthly team rate for ongoing work, never hourly. The running cost depends on your message volume and is paid to Meta and your Business Solution Provider, not marked up as a hidden fee.
Meta prices the WhatsApp Business Platform per delivered message, not per conversation, and has done since 1 July 2025. Rates depend on the message category (marketing, utility or authentication templates, or service replies) and the recipient's country. Messages from customers to you are not charged. Since 1 October 2026, service replies beyond a free tier of 1,000 per number each month are charged. Eligible Indian businesses can be billed in INR; check Meta's current rate card for live figures.
Marketing templates cost more than utility or authentication templates, and service replies have a monthly free tier. Your mix of proactive offers versus customer-started chats drives most of the running cost.
Most businesses reach the WhatsApp Business Platform through a Business Solution Provider, which charges its own subscription or usage fee on top of Meta's per-message charges.
Every AI-generated reply uses a language model, billed by usage. Longer conversations, bigger knowledge bases and more capable models cost more per reply than short, rule-based answers.
Connecting a Google Sheet is simple; syncing with a property management system, booking engine, ERP or custom CRM takes more build time and testing.
The number of flows, languages, templates and handover rules sets the build effort. A focused enquiry assistant is quicker to build than one handling bookings, payments and order tracking together.
Why Kredosys
Our own sales run on WhatsApp through Kredosys Leads, our in-house CRM on MSG91. We know where templates get rejected, where handovers fail and what customers actually type.
The WhatsApp Business account, number, BSP account, data and code stay in your name. If you stop working with us, the assistant and its history stay with you.
The assistant only answers from material you approve and hands over when unsure. We would rather it say 'let me connect you to the team' than quote a wrong price.
Himanshu Soni leads strategy, build and ongoing tuning, so the person who mapped your conversations is the same person fixing an answer six months later.
FAQ
Usually yes. The number is registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform through a Business Solution Provider, in your own business account. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can generally be moved across, though the migration needs planning so chat history and verification are handled properly. Kredosys checks your number's status during discovery.
Meta charges per delivered message, not per conversation, since 1 July 2025. Price depends on category (marketing, utility, authentication or service) and the recipient's country. Customer messages to you are free, and each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Chats started from a Click to WhatsApp ad open a free window of up to seven days.
Yes. Meta requires opt-in before a business starts messaging someone. The opt-in must clearly say the person is agreeing to receive messages and name your business. It can be collected on your website, at a counter, in a booking form or by SMS. Customers who message you first can be answered within the customer service window.
A template is a pre-written message, such as a booking confirmation or offer, that Meta reviews before you can send it. Templates are the only messages you can send outside the customer service window, and each is classed as marketing, utility or authentication, which also sets its price. Kredosys drafts and submits templates as part of setup.
The assistant is configured to answer only from your approved prices, menus, policies and FAQs. When a question falls outside that material, it says it will check and hands the chat to your team. We review transcripts after launch and update the knowledge base whenever your prices or policies change, which keeps answers accurate.
For hotels, villas and homestays, the assistant answers questions on room types, rates, availability windows, check-in times, directions and local experiences, collects dates and guest count, and sends a payment link for the advance. Special requests and negotiations go to your front desk with the full chat attached, so guests get quick, consistent replies around the clock.
Businesses with frequent, repetitive WhatsApp enquiries benefit most: hotels and villas, clinics booking appointments, retailers answering order status, real estate firms qualifying leads, and coaching institutes handling admission questions. If your team answers the same questions many times a day, or misses enquiries after hours, an assistant is likely to save real staff time.
No. Kredosys is based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and builds remotely for businesses across India and abroad. The WhatsApp Business Platform, CRM and integrations are all set up online, so location makes little difference. Calls, demos and testing happen over video and WhatsApp, with one accountable person, Himanshu Soni, leading the project.
You will get a straight answer on scope, timeline and price — usually within four hours.
