Apps with AI that is grounded, guarded and costed
Kredosys is an Android app development company in Udaipur, Rajasthan that designs, builds and publishes apps on Google Play, with the backend, admin panel and analytics included. We add AI features only where they help, with guardrails and a known cost per request, and publish in your own developer account. Five of our apps are live on Google Play today.
Kredosys builds Android apps for businesses and founders across India from its base in Udaipur. You get a working app on Google Play, the backend and admin panel behind it, analytics from day one, and every account in your name: the Play Console listing, the cloud project, the source code. If you change developers later, nothing has to be rebuilt or republished.
We have built five apps that are live on Google Play, including three with AI at their core: a health coach, a UPSC study mentor and a personal stylist. That work taught us where AI earns its place, so your AI features are grounded in your content, limited by guardrails and priced per request before launch.
Most apps are native Android. When you need iOS as well, we build cross-platform with Flutter so one codebase serves both. If an app is not the right answer, we suggest a progressive web app.
What we build
One team covers the app, server, store listing and later updates, so nothing falls between suppliers.
Kotlin apps built to current Android guidelines, tested on low-end and recent phones, with offline handling, push notifications and login flows that work on patchy Indian mobile networks.
When you need Android and iOS together, Flutter gives one codebase for both. We recommend it when budgets are tight and the app does not depend on deep device hardware access.
Chat, coaching, summaries or recommendations grounded in your own content, with guardrails on what the model may say, usage limits per user, and cost per request tracked from launch.
Database, authentication, APIs and a web admin panel where your team manages content, users and orders without touching code or waiting for an app update.
Store listing, screenshots, data safety form, content rating and release tracks, all set up inside your own Play Console account so you keep the app, its reviews and revenue.
Event analytics, crash reporting and a release plan, including the yearly target API level updates Google Play requires to keep your app available to new users.

| Updates | Through Play releases | Through both stores | Instant on the web |
How it works
Usually beginning within two weeks of signing. We agree the core user journey, the must-have screens, any AI use and what success looks like after launch.
Clickable screens you can test on a phone before code is written, so changes to flows cost hours rather than weeks of rebuilding.
App, APIs, database and admin panel built in parallel, with weekly test builds shared to your phone. AI features get prompt testing and guardrail checks.
Closed testing on real devices, then publishing through your Play Console with listing, data safety and content rating completed and reviewed.
Analytics and crash reports guide the next releases. We keep the app on Google's current target API level so it stays available to new users.
Cost
The cost of an Android app depends far more on what it has to do than on the number of screens. A content app with a simple admin panel and an AI app with user accounts, payments and per-request model costs are different projects, so a single headline price would mislead you. We quote a fixed price per phase after discovery, never hourly billing.
Budget for running costs too. Google Play charges a one-time US$25 developer registration fee. Hosting, AI usage, OTP messages and annual target API updates are ongoing, and we estimate them with you before the build starts.
The number of distinct user flows, roles and screens drives most of the build effort. A focused first version reaches Play sooner and costs less.
Accounts, payments, content management and integrations with your existing CRM or ERP add server-side work that is often larger than the app itself.
Grounding, guardrails and testing add build effort, and model providers bill per request, so running cost grows with every active user.
Android only, or Android and iOS together. Flutter reduces the cost of covering both, but iOS still needs its own testing and store submission.
A clean system-standard interface costs less than custom illustration, animation and branded components, though both approaches can look polished and professional.
Hosting, monitoring, OS updates and Google's yearly target API changes mean every live app needs a maintenance budget after launch.
Why Kredosys
Five apps we built are live on Google Play, so listings, policy reviews, data safety forms and release tracks are routine work for us, not a first attempt.
We ground AI answers in your content, restrict what the model may say, and cap usage per user, so quality and monthly cost stay predictable.
The Play Console account, cloud project, source code and domain all sit in your name. We are added as users, and can be removed anytime.
Himanshu Soni leads strategy, build and growth personally, so decisions are not lost between a sales team, project managers and outsourced developers.
FAQ
Choose a team that has apps live on Google Play you can install, publishes in your own developer account, quotes fixed prices per phase and includes the backend and admin panel. Kredosys, based in Udaipur, has five apps live and builds for clients across India and abroad, with one accountable lead from discovery to launch.
Yes. Kredosys builds AI features grounded in your own content, so answers stay on topic and checkable. We add guardrails that limit what the model may say, set usage caps per user, and track cost per request from launch. Aarogya, SARTHI and Aura, apps we built that are live on Google Play, all use AI at their core.
If you need both Android and iOS on one budget, Flutter is usually the better choice because one codebase serves both stores. If your audience is mainly on Android or the app relies on device hardware or heavy background work, native Kotlin is worth it. We recommend after discovery, based on your users and features.
You do. Kredosys asks clients to register the Google Play developer account in their own business name, then adds us as users with limited permissions. The source code, cloud project and domain are also yours. If you switch developers later, the app, its reviews and its revenue stay with you without republishing.
Google Play charges a one-time registration fee of US$25 for a developer account, according to Play Console Help. Note that new personal developer accounts must run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 consecutive days before production release, so allow time for that in your launch plan.
Google Play raises its target API level requirement every year. From 31 August 2026, new apps and updates must target Android 16 (API level 36), and existing apps must target at least Android 15 to stay available to new users on newer devices. An app left untouched becomes unavailable to many new users.
Yes. Kredosys is based in Udaipur, Rajasthan and builds apps remotely for clients across India and abroad. Discovery, design reviews and test builds all work over video calls and shared links, with weekly builds installed directly on your phone, so location makes no difference to how the project runs.
It depends on scope. Discovery usually begins within two weeks of signing, and a focused first version with a backend and admin panel moves faster than a large multi-role app. Google Play review and any required closed testing add time before launch. We agree a phased timeline after discovery, not before.
You will get a straight answer on scope, timeline and price — usually within four hours.
